FAQ

Is this a plugin?

No. It’s a standalone desktop app (not VST/AU/AAX). Export your audio from your DAW and run the check inside the app.

What does the app analyse?

MVP Final Check measures Integrated LUFS, Loudness Range (LRA), and True Peak to determine whether your track is ready for to be sent to a sound engineer or for release.

What does PASS / CAUTION / FAIL mean?

The app compares your track against release ready thresholds. PASS means it's ready to deliver, CAUTION highlights minor issues, and FAIL means it likely needs correction before sending to the Sound Engineer or before release.

Is this a replacement for mastering?

No. It’s a verification tool, not a mastering tool. It helps Audio Producers, Sound Engineers, Record Label owners, Managers and Students quickly confirm whether a mix or master is technically ready.

Does it require an internet connection?

No. The app runs locally on your computer. Internet is only required once during license activation.

How do I receive access after purchase?

After purchase you'll receive your license key and download instructions via email. Enter the key in the app to activate your copy.

What file types can I analyse?

The app supports common production formats such as WAV and AIFF exported from your DAW.

Can I install it on multiple machines?

Each license allows activation on a limited number of devices. If you change computers you can contact support to reset activations.

Who is this tool for?

MVP Final Check is designed for Audio Producers, Mix Engineers, Mastering Engineers, Managers and Record Label teams who want a professional and fast verification step before release and for Audio Producers who want a confidence check before sending it out.

Do you offer student pricing?

Yes. We offer education pricing for students and educators studying Audio Production or Sound Engineering. Get in touch and we’ll help you access the student rate.
